Location, Location, Location

Artane Castle, England — ancestral home of the de Piaget family, built by Rhys and Gwennelyn. Modeled after Bamburgh Castle.

Ayre, England — Alain's keep, inherited by daughter Amanda, but held by his youngest brother John.

Beauvois, France — Nicholas's keep where he is Count.

Berkham, England — home of Colin and Aliιnore, far inland away from the sea.

Blackmour Keep, England — home of Christopher and Gillian; on it's own little island.

Boar's Head Inn, England — bed and breakfast signed over to Megan McKinnon (de Piaget) after Mrs. Pruitt (1) is scared off by the three ghosts.

Brackwald, England — Ralf's squalid keep; neighbors Falconberg.

Burwyck-on-the-Sea, England — Richard de Galtres' keep; renamed from Berwick-on-the-Sea after he tears it down after his father's death and rebuilds with the help of Jessica Blakely (de Galtres).

Cameron Hall, The Highlands, Scotland — home of Clan Cameron/Robert F. Cameron mac Cameron and Sunny Phillips.

Canfield, England — home of Royce and Maude and the mistress Alain of Ayre kept.

Chevington Castle, England — holding of Segrave.

Edmonds, Washington, USA — Jessica Blakely de Galtres' birthplace and home town.

Falconberg Castle, England — Margaret's keep; neighbors Brackwald. She tries to keep hold of it after her father's death from Brackwald's filthy hands. Suffers a fire in which she and Alexander Smith are considered perished but is rebuilt by Edward of Brackwald after Ralf is killed and is given the task of Falconberg's welfare. Bought back by Margaret in 1998.

Fenwyck Castle, England — keep of Geoffrey and his daughter Anne.

Flaherty, Alaska, USA — home of Sydney Kincaid and where Samuel MacLeod goes to do some writing.

Freezing Bluff, Michigan, USA — Abigail Garrett's home.

Gramercy Park, Manhattan, New York, USA — where The Bench sits that sends Elizabeth Smith and Julianna Nelson to the past.

Grasleigh, England — Lianna's home.

Harrow, England — keep of Maud of Harrow where the Queen is holding court and tries to get rid of Lianna of Grasleigh.

Harrowden Keep, England — abbey where Colin meets his father and siblings in regard to their inheritance(s).

Ledenham Abbey, England — abbey Nigel of Ledenham is ordered to build by King Henry III.

London, England — where Gideon de Piaget makes his home. Madelyn Phillips taken there by Patrick MacLeod to straighten out her passport. Where Jackson Kilchurn IV lives/works.

MacLeod Keep, near Benmore Forest, The Highlands, Scotland — home of James MacLeod; a semi-squalid place until Elizabeth Smith (MacLeod) goes on a cleaning spree. Found in ruins and in the possession of a Fergusson when Jamie travels to the future; buys it back and rebuilds after finding coins and jewels behind the hearthstones hidden by his son Jesse. The coins and jewels turn out to be worth a ton of money 700 years later.

Maignelay-sur-mer, France — home of Peter of Berkhamshire's fiancιe, Sybil.

Maine, USA — home of Thomas McKinnon; built it himself on property with an ocean view.

Manhattan, New York, USA — where both Elizabeth Smith and Julianna Nelson lived and travelled on the Gramercy Park bench. Jake Kilchurn's hometown. Where Victoria McKinnon and Jennifer McKinnon live/work. Location of Tempest in a Teapot.

Meltham Keep, England — north of Artane; home to Ilbert. Neighbors Styrr Hall.

Merceham Castle, England — squalid holding of Burwyck-on-the-Sea held by Hugh de Galtres. In the future it becomes Marcham and held by Lord Henry de Galtres.

Moraig's Cottage, Scotland — safe place, near MacLeod Keep.

New York City, New York, USA — location of Miss Witherspoon's Elegant Eighteenth Century Wedding Fashions, where Jane Fergusson works as a seamstress.

Raventhorpe Keep, England — on the Scottish border; keep given to and held by Jackson Kilchurn IV and Amanda de Piaget Kilchurn.

Redesburn Keep, England — on the Scottish border; a keep held by William de Piaget's nefarious father, Hubert. William tries to get it back from his father but ends up trading it for Julianna Nelson when she is held hostage by Hubert.

San Francisco, California, USA — where Genevieve Buchanan lives and has her business.

Seakirk Abbey/Keep, Northumberland, England — home of Matilda, Kendrick de Piaget's fiancιe, who kills him and curses him to haunt the keep. Inherited by Genevieve Buchanan as the last surviving member of the family in 1995 and signs the deed over to Kendrick, releasing him from the curse.

Seattle, Washington, USA — home of Madelyn and Sunshine Phillips, and Helen and John McKinnon; Pippa Alexander and family. Patrick MacLeod follows Madelyn there to win her back.

Sedgwick Castle, England — holding of Artane and the de Piagets; original home of Mary, Rhys de Piaget's mother; home of Edith and Baldwin, who try to kill Robin de Piaget and Anne of Fenwyck. Home of John and Tess de Piaget.

Segrave Castle, England — Joanna's home and where Gwennelyn retreats to get away from Ayre.

Solonge, France — home of Aliιnore, who runs away to escape a betrothal to Colin of Berkhamshire.

Speningethorpe Castle, England — rundown keep given to Miles de Piaget by Rhys at his request; finds a moat-soaked Abigail Garrett.

Styrr Hall, England — north of Artane; home to Lady Suzanna and Geoffrey of Styrr. Neighbors Meltham Keep.

Thorpewold Castle, England — on the Scottish border; keep haunted by Iolanthe MacLeod after she is murdered there, along with various other ghosts. Scoped out by Megan McKinnon after her brother Thomas buys it. Restored by Thomas McKinnon in 2001. Victoria McKinnon puts on Hamlet in 2005.

Warewick Keep, England — home of Gillian; Colin of Berkhamshire fetches her when she is betrothed to Christopher of Blackmour.

Wideton Hall — holding of Arnulf.

Wyckham Castle, England — near Artane and Seakirk. Home of Nicholas and Jennifer de Piaget. Home of Zachary and Maryanne Smith.
