06/26/2003 — Integrated the names in the "Gaelic" and "Celtic" categories into the rest of the pages. Some do remain on the Celtic because I haven't found a specific categorization for them yet. Miscellanious links added.

05/20/2001 — Miscellaneous links have been added on the Links pages in the past few months; as well as a few more on the Reading List. Major changes have been to the Irish and Scottish Names for both female and male names — they have been integrated into the Celtic of Ireland/Scotland pages. Also, I am looking into moving the site to an ad free provider. As soon as updates are completed here and the other site is working properly a moved notice will appear here.

08/03/2000 — Added new links in Genealogy, Language/Culture, and Shopping sections; fixed the bolding problem on Scottish Surnames Mac-M.

07/30/2000 — Added a few links in the Genealogy, Scots Gaelic, and Helpful/Interesting sections, about 5 or 6 in all. Broke up the huge list of links so it is now two pages. Updated the SiteMap. Added books to the Reading List.

07/12/2000 — Updated the Help Wanted page and integrated those names to the appropriate pages; added some links to the Links page.

06/28/2000 — Updated the Celtic Names of Ireland for both genders (added Leary, Laoghaire), Links, Help Wanted, and Notes pages. I have also added a search engine box on the Main and SiteMap pages.

06/20/2000 — Updated the Descriptive Gaelic page, added some terms and broke the list up into categories, and added a couple genealogy links for Genealogy Research Associates and the Genealogy Bookshop.

06/17/2000 — Updated the Scots Gaelic pronunciation guide on the notes page; information on question #1 of the FAQ; fixed the bold problem on the Scottish Male names page; added a 6th banner for linking.

06/08/2000 — Added information to the Scottish Surnames pages, mainly a few Gaelic versions; and Gaelic versions on the female and male Scottish/Scottish Gaelic names pages.

06/01/2000 — You can now subscribe to the CGISNames list that I'll use to announce major updates; for the time being, only I may post to the list.
